You have to dispose of the food to receive a refund for the incorrect order they provided. The customer service is terrible.

I absolutely love their food! I tried the flatbread pizza with chicken, bacon, tomato, and basil, and it was incredibly delicious.

I love the food but every time I order takeout, the bread that comes with the order is always stale and not properly packaged making me hesitate to eat it in fear of bacteria etc. It's like they just threw a leftover in the bag because it's so hard tobite through and chew. Other than me questioning the sanitary, there's really nothing else. I usually don't eat in so I can'tsay anything about the people but so far they haven't gotten my order wrong yet.

I also have a drink subscription, so I usually visit at least once a day to grab a drink while I work on my college assignments. The food is consistently good—I haven’t tasted a single item I didn’t enjoy. I've been frequenting this place for about a month since I got the subscription, and it’s definitely worth it if you live nearby. You can get a drink every two hours, and I've sometimes managed to have up to five large drinks in a day. I typically order takeout as well, since I prefer containers for any leftovers.

On a positive note, Tami, one of the managers, is fantastic! She truly takes the time to accommodate dietary restrictions. She’s friendly, attentive, and she made me a pizza without the Fontina cheese that I can’t have. Instead, she replaced it with a cheese that's easier for my stomach to handle. That pizza was delicious and quite large, providing me with meals for several days a week. I also have a beverage subscription, which allows me to get a drink at least once a day while I work on my college assignments. The food is generally very good—I haven’t come across anything I didn’t like. I’ve been visiting for about a month since getting the subscription, and it’s definitely worth living nearby; I can enjoy a drink every two hours. Sometimes, I end up having five large drinks in a single day! I usually order takeout, as I prefer to have containers for any leftovers.
