Shake Shack Lake Grove

My fiancé asked about paprika on the side, but the burger still came the normal way. To apologise, they fell a completely new (right) burger. Good customer service! And delicious.

Everything was delicious, even though I asked for shack sauce on the side they still put it on my burger. Other than that it was a homerun. Great service too, really nice staff.

The burgers are very good considering the fact that they come only well done and due to the fact that I like my burgers medium rare, this is the main reason for only 4 stars. Also the lack of options in burger types and french fries that also contributed to this rating. I am more of a sweet potato fry kinda guy. Service was good though. Have sat there as well as done takeout. No complaints on that front. Just be prepared to only get your burger cooked one way. Kind of annoying.

1st time eating here. Had the smoked burger with maple bacon

I always order a hamburger here because they taste even better than other real meat burgers! The Shake-Hack Burger is slightly pricier than those from other brands. The individually grilled burgers are also great, but their portion sizes are quite small for the price. The design and interior of the restaurant are beautiful and clean, making it a pleasant place to dine in! And definitely try the vanilla shake with the fries!
