Ordered online for hours later pick up. everything went perfect.

I don't give 2 stars because I'm disappointed with eating. they close at 9 o'clock I tried to finish an online order at 8:21, which should take in the rule 15 since I picked up them, there they let me finish my entire order only to tell me at the end, I can't give it closed. I call and the girl who says answer, they close at 9. I am so good that it is 8:27. she says our ovens are out, excuse me. I said, okay, so that you don't close at 9:00, then you're closing now, more like 8:30 a.m., and she says, uh, yes, everything I could do was good to thank and hang up.

Delivery time said 34 to 44 minutes. I called after 75 minutes and was told at least 30 more minutes. I told the manager I would have went somewhere else so he hung up on me. Pizza was ice cold.

Avoid this Papa Johns location. I've never come across such bad business ethics. This franchise location does not honor vouchers and they purposely turn off their online ordering to prohibit customers from getting online deals that corporate puts out. The $7.99 1-topping carryout isn't honored here. They charge $10, the location in Bullhead City has the deal. The Lake Havasu franchise owner cares more about profits than customer satisfaction. My $10.87 carryout order went up 70% to over $17.00 when I handed them a $10 voucher. Not cool at all. We are never returning, especially since the pizza wasn't even as good as a $5 Little Caesars. Very disappointed in this place.
