Hk's The Lodge Of Four Seasons

We used to eat at HK and were never disappointed, but this time different. We were there on Valentine's Day . The menu was limited for the occasion that was not the problem. The food was no more than banqueting. It seemed to be plated and heated as needed. The main rib had a cattle sword above it and the crème brûlée was not heated. We were very disappointed.

Service was excellent -personable and enjoyable. Food was delicious and priced appropriately.

Part of package deal for hotel. It took two hours to have food delivered to the table. Asked for medium rare prime rib it was delivered well done. When kitchen was told they 86’d the prime rib. Two other meals brought to table were not as ordered. Manager did a good job at service recovery.

Took my daughter for a Spa day at Spa Shiki in the hotel. Finished off the the night with dinner at HKs. Love HKs! Consistently great food and atmosphere since I’ve been eating there for over 15 years.

Always enjoy this restaurant. Great ambience and great live music! Service and food is always very good!
