Green China Fax Line - Lake Saint Louis

This used to be a good place to get Chinese food, but I will never patronize this business again. The two females taking orders were rude, inpatient and unprofessional. The sweet and sour shrimp was like deep fried gravel... absolutely inedible!

Ate here for lunch to go, I normally don't leave terrible reviews; But I got the absolutely worse Orange Chicken I've ever had in my life. You could go to Panda express and get a better quality meal. The Orange Chicken was 99% breading and 1% something else. The staff seemed pretty annoyed that I walked in and ordered. I know times are tough for everyone (myself included) and I wanted to support a local business. I've never bought a meal and then immediately thrown it away. I poked every single piece with a fork and none of them were chicken, just breading. I even tried a few and confirmed it wasnt tough, it was just breading...Anyway. That's the last time I ever go here. I wouldn't even risk wasting the money again.

Let's just say that I've eaten at this restaurant pretty much my entire life. I grew up in lake st-louis and whenever I come back to visit family I eat here all the time. I came in with my daughter tonight to order some food not only were they talking about us ignorantly. but the lady was eating while taking our order and was rude. I can see why you have help wanted up. it's obvious your customer service is severely slacking.. never again. and judging from the recent reviews this isn't uncommon.

The food is good, if you can accept the poor customer service from the person answering the phone, and taking your order. Everytime my husband calls, the lady who answers the phone, is extremely rude. Try asking any questions about their menu, you get attitude. My husband tried calling tonight 5/30/20 and again received attitude. We canceled our order, and when he did, lady said, oh my god! We will definitely take our business somewhere else. Especially for a restaurant who obviously doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. If I could leave no stars, I would.

The last couple of times I went to this restaurant. The lady that works the front register caught a attitude with me for no apparent reason whatsoever. Because of her rudeness, I ask for my money back and left after I received it. So I attempted to order from this place a second time on a different day. I placed a order close to closing time. I end up making it their late because my son had a huge blowout in his pampers and soiled his cloths so I had to change plus replace his cloths. When I showed up to see if they were still open so I could retrieve my order, they saw me pull and and the same rude, RACIST, lady at the register started pointing and laughing at me and the rest of the crew followed her. They are going to do that to the wrong person one day and get an unwanted result. Racist Chinese
