Imo's Pizza - Lake Saint Louis

Imo's Pizza doesn't really need a review—you either like St. Louis style pizza or you don't, right? Still, in a world where platforms like TripAdvisor often promote local mom-and-pop restaurants, sometimes you just have to grab a bite from a chain. The place is small, with just a few tables, and while the tables could use a wipe down (I ended up doing it myself), Trinity at the counter offered possibly the best customer service I've ever experienced at a franchise. I will definitely consider returning to this location, even if it means going out of my way.

I used the drive-thru window, which was a bit difficult to spot at first. The customer service was outstanding, and the food was delicious as always!

We had our order mixed up two times. What’s going on with these folks? The pizza was decent—nothing spectacular, but I’d consider having it again.

The young people working at this location work very hard. Take care of them so they stay. They are worth it.

The girl at the register was absolutely wonderful. I've been in Lake St Louis for two weeks and this girl gave me the best service thus far in all the interactions I have had in this area and there have been quite a few. I dropped my fork and she gave me another one. She seemed very polite and awesome individual all around.I wasn't a fan of the heavy red sauce so I gave it a four on the Lasagna ,however it was still highly enjoyable.
