Írjon visszajelzéstI arrived at 10:33 on a Sunday and was informed that breakfast service had ended at 10:30. However, all the information I've seen suggests that breakfast is served until 11 AM on weekends. Additionally, they were busy cleaning their beverage dispensers, so they couldn't prepare any of their new lemonades. On top of that, my Pepsi was overfilled and spilled all over my hand and pants when it was handed to me.
Drive through is super slow! They get my order right maybe........50% of the time. Their reward system is worthless. You'd have to go there 3 or 4 times a week (or spend a ton of money) to earn any rewards.
It only keeps getting worse, I feel I have been very understanding with all the hurdles companies have gone through during this crazy time but come on. The LSL location is always closed or out of everything. Today I went to get my wife bread co because that?s what she wanted. Waited in drive through for 10+ minutes to order and they where out of 3/4 of the items I wanted. I placed the best order I could piece together. Got to the window and paid $18 for not much and Not so good of service. I asked the young girl for 2 small cream cheese, sure that will be $3. I was like serious you can?t just give me to since you were out of 3/4 of the items that I ordered and then another lady came up behind her and said why are you getting mad at a teenager you have to call corporate we can?t just give you free food. I was not asking for free food I was asking you to give me a small cream cheese since I frequent here quite a bit and spend a lot of money and majority of the time you were out of everything. People don?t understand Customer service or using common sense I don?t think I was asking for anything unreasonable.
Coffee was good and hot. The sausage and egg sandwich not hot or good. A lot of bread and not much sausage and the egg must have came from one of those miniature chickens. I have used my remaining balance on my gift card, so most likely will not be coming back anytime soon.
Went through the drive through Sunday morning and the line was like 10 cars long. Took forever. Coffee was cold by the time I got it and they messed up my daughter's drink and I had to ask for the correct drink again. When I ordered, they kept asking if that's it, and made me feel rushed (which is so annoying). This location always seems understaffed and they need better help/management. I didn't even get a receipt. Food was good but a little pricey. Please do better next time breadco!
