Amazing food and excellent service! I absolutely love the house salad and their specialty pizza!

Fantastic food! Outstanding service! The staff is incredible! The furnishings are spotless.

The service was awful. We were told we could sit anywhere, but unfortunately, all the tables were dirty. We waited 20 minutes for the server to check on us, even though there were only two other parties in the restaurant. One woman ordered roast ribs, and they arrived too quickly. The pizza was decent, but we asked for a refill and it never came.

I'll wait at the table for a while before a waitress came by. Then our food took 30 minutes. We ordered 1 pizza. When it came to our table, our waitress said she didn't know how to serve him because we had our toddler with us - she then suggested us to move into a stand. After we first came in with our toddler and made them aware that we need a high chair and they said, oh just choose a place. It was clear that we were not the only ones waiting for a long time - I saw people behind the counter, but it looked like there was only one waitress. I understand their apathy when one of these people was concerned to help with the water and menu exit. I understand when places are busy or if there is a lack of personnel, but there was no warning how long waiting for food and no excuse would be. And all that was that they misunderstood our order.

Very best pizza and Italian sandwich anywhere! They really load them up too. The dining room is warm and inviting and our waitress was fantastic. The store manager even came out to introduce himself and asked how our food was. I have been to several Steph's locations over the years but this one is by far the best. We will definitely be back!
