Dunkin' - Lake Station

Ordered uber from here. They put the drinks in a bag not a holder and spilled it all over. Now I can't get a refund or my drinks. While still being charged by uber eats and dunkin. Then when I want to cancel I'm being charged. Very unprofessional and terrible service. Who puts drinks in a bag. That's stupid. I will never use this dunkin again or uber eats. No im outta 30 dollars and they don't care. That's the service you get. I don't want it.

Every time my boyfriend places a door dash order for me he always asks for whip cream on my coffee and chocolate drizzle they never make it right and they always mess up the coffee and it tastes awful like it's spoiled they are very rude and not considering they're customers wouldn't recommend going here because they act like it's ruining they're job having to put whip cream on the coffee they are making and they are very rude won't refund you or fix it and act like you just ruined they're day.

They are always Soo friendly and sweet when I come here. And always get my drinks perfectly!! Thank you so much ! Dietary restrictions: They follow your order exactly how you put it so your drinks aren't too sweet for someone who may have sugar issues thankfully! Kid-friendliness: I mentioned that I was buying donut holes for my son few weeks ago for good grades and one of the employees was super excited for that ! Was praising him for it. Told me to tell him amazing job.

Had problems in drive through where they couldn’t hear me right and instead of saying I can’t hear you. They rudely told us told pull to the next window, the manager Alfredo took my card without even acknowledging us and was incredibly rude. They got my food wrong cause they couldn’t hear me and I didn’t know they couldn’t hear me. Definitely will be going to biggby coffee from here on out. There’s no reason for rudeness when there’s nobody in your drive through I’ve worked customer service for years and am a manager. He had no reason to act like that.

The ladies that worked tonight were amazing! They provided great service and made my boyfriends ice coffee and my Coolatta perfect.
