Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Lake Wales

I never received the strawberry biscuit I paid for, and now they've closed down.

The customer service I've experienced here was disappointing. I waited in line at 11:40, and I noticed that mobile order customers were being prioritized over those of us waiting in person. There were three employees working, yet the lady in front of me seemed indifferent to the situation. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

I highly recommend this restaurant! The manager was incredible—very professional, smart, and hardworking. The food was absolutely delicious, and you could tell just by the wonderful aroma. Thank you so much, Miss Myesha!

This is the worst Popeyes I have ever done business with. It won't happen again. The food was hot but under the heaters to long and dried out among one thing. The higher up's need to show that store how to run a Popeyes restaurant.

Went to drive thru, ordered 8 pc mixed spicy chicken meal with Cajun Rice for side. They had no rice, so asked for mashed gravy. Waited behind one vehicle for over 15 minutes at the window. Only 1 girl working 1 other leaning on the counter talking about getting robbed Sun. Finally got our food hurried home. Got home to find 5 wings 3 thighs over cooked none of them spicy. The biscuits were like hockey pucks, there was only a couple drops of gravy on the potatoes the bag was full of ketchup, hot sauce grape jelly??? We tried to call but the phone never rang thru. The next morning we called Corporate got a robot sounding voice who took my info said they would get back to but haven't yet. Not Happy!!!
