Hurricane Grill Wings - Lake Worth

Update: gave them a second chance and ordered again?.order was still wrong. This place can't get it right. Ordered for delivery. Most of the order was wrong. A honey Pecan chicken salad ordered and a completely different salad arrived. An insensitive house salad. 10 wings ordered and paid for extra sauce? none of the sauce arrived. Mmm dry wings. called the restaurant and spoke to Alyssa, who, when I let her know what happened, first argued with me that she packed the sauce herself. I corrected her and let her know she packed the blue cheese, but no wing sauce. And then she noticed? I don't know you want me to? I didn't need anything special because I made sure I would get a refund from the delivery app. how she cared for? I couldn't let my time talk to her and stop the call. Need better attention to detail and better customer service.

Terrible service, for 5-6 weeks, on Saturdays, my daughter and I came to have dinner and listen to live music. From time to time, I did not have a clear attitude towards the waiters, I had to wait for the menu, until I asked for it myself, the waiters met with the appearance that we did not have taste. For a significant amount I ordered a double portion, the waiter went to the bar, the bartender poured whiskey, the waiter told the bartender that the whiskey was too small for a double portion, to which the bartender waved his hand. I watched it from the side. When the waiter brought me a drink, I said that there were definitely not two servings, the waiter returned to the bartender and she poured more. Today was the last straw of my patience, because of the loud music, the waiter did not hear what I want to order, when I asked to wait closer, the waiter does not hide his displeasure. I will not come to this place again, although it is a pity, the food has always been excellent, I loved this place because of the live music and conveniently placed food at home.

Friday March 19th. Today we came back! The fries are interesting we had to re-order them because the were super soggy and cold. The second batch not much better just warmer, but to me the tasted double fried and tons of grease in the dish. Not a Fav for us! Friday Night guy Vic singing was very cool entertainment. The waitress was very nice and we've had her twice now. I had the hurricane drink it wasn't to bad. We order from the appetizer menu it was pretty good. The restaurant is easy to find with plenty of parking. Its a nice open air place to eat and have listen to live music.

Edit: change my rating to 1 star? by email the entrance on the same day Hurricane Dockside reacted and it was over a week with not even an answer. Don't come back! Very disappointed today. I look forward to my wings and came to realize there were no sauces or celery in my to-go folder. So I had salty wings. Too bad I don't check in the restaurant, but she? re service is gone.

Food wasn?t anything special and service was horrible wouldn?t come back. The server wasn?t attentive at all didn?t even bother to take everyone?s order I had to go to the bar to get our utensils. She complained she was ?busy? yet we saw her leaning against the wall doing nothing. It took her 30 minutes just to get waters while all of the other servers were running CIRCLES around her. WORST service I?ve ever had a restaurant you need new management.
