A Quality food! Everything is always made fresh and its very tasty! Beautiful decor for a smaller restaurant/take out. Very nice staff!

Went to China Chen’s today and ordered the general Tso chicken combo. The egg roll was not warm at all, no flavor in the filling. The general Tso’s chicken is VERY sweet, no spice at all. I’ve never had really sweet general tso chicken. The fried rice is very oily. I’m a little confused on the flavors and everything else with the food. This was my first time visiting this place but the main reason I will not give it another shot is because the lady who were eating at the time I came into the restaurant, seemed to be impatient with me. I guess I asked too many questions about the $9.00 specials.

If there was a lower rate in one I would leave it I had went in the restaurant ordered my food for lunch left and went to my job so I can eat my food I start eating my food and noticed that every other bite of the chicken taste way overcooked I tried calling and told the lady that it tastes like it was old food that was re-cooked up she assured me that the food was fresh and I told her it was not I am not pleased with my order and I am not pleased with the service I told her I only eat half of it because I was hungry but I could not eat no more I asked for a refund and she told me she could give me half I find this place very unprofessional thank you goodbye!

Terrible customer service when talking on the phone when ordering. I would never spend my money with a Establishment that don’t respect the customers that spend their hard earned money. Learn how to talk to folks..
