Hungry Howie's Pizza - Lakeland

For a woman who delivered my food, threw my reception on the floor and rolled her eyes. because I asked her to sit on step while I had to do with my baby. then I wanted to throw my food down. s florida ave stores red 4 door vehicle. bad customer service thanks to whom eating no problems made. but I refuse to deliver their or order from this business because of rude coworkers/drivers

This is bad black hair. No waste of gas to get back there. Terrible service. Edit this post when I went there to get the new manager was very rude and all employees laugh. Will not return to this place again, I will go to another.

The pizza was absolutely covered with fat and the service lasted so long. Wouldn't come back. I'd just come back if I wanted to get a heart attack.

While the pizza is good and my kids and I enjoy it, this is now the second time I have received my order over 2 hours after I placed it. The first time the food was cold and today I was told by the manager on shift, Michael, that he would have corporate mail me coupons because of the delay. I am deeply unsatisfied by this location and the delivery service provided. Pick up, I usually wait about 20-25 minutes longer than the time given, but delivery is an absolute horror. If you want your pizza, it's best to go pick it up. I've already contacted corporate office and hopefully they'll resolve the situation. It is absolutely unacceptable that my kids and I should have to wait 2 hours to receive our food that was paid for and promised for a much earlier time.

Less than one ?!! I called and the manager answered the phone yelling at his employees thinking he answered the phone so I could order first he asked me if I knew where they were located and I said yes (I was actually right outside with my little ones in the truck) he was yelling the whole time. I had to ask him several times if he was talking to me? he was rushing me off the phone I ordered three large pizza with extra cheese all three of the pizzas had holes with missing cheese and toppings but I'm looking at other pics of people's pizza and they look full of cheese so why is my pizza full of holes? I should've just asked for my money back and went to the north side! They remade it they ain't put no extra cheese in my pizzas.. look at the other pizza pics and you tell me. this is the first time I've had this problem at this place. I'm just not happy.
