Taco Bell - Lakeland

Best taco bell in town. Always fresh and made well. Never had a messed up order here. If you want Taco bell come to this one.

The girl in the drive-thru was super sweet. I know I came thur about 1am so I was willing to wait for my food. It was nice and hot. But when I got home my Mexican pizza was on the bottom of the bag. I got squished and it's stuck to box. I asked for no pizza sauce and it was covered.

I have been going to this Taco Bell for years. The service is always great. But over the last 8 months or so, there has been an issue. The drink machine in the lobby does not work. Corporate is aware of the issue, but refuses to fix it; and this is a busy Taco Bell. Because of this, they only have the drink machine at drive thru, and today, that machine has broken down as well. I feel bad for the employees as there is nothing they can due but put a ticket in and hope it gets fixed. Based on the way corporate has responded to the machine in the lobby, the drive-thru drink machine will probably be broken for quite some time.

Be sure to check your order no matter how many people are behind you. This location obviously has no quality control occuring because it is common to NOT receive some of what you order, or for your order to be wrong. Update we drove back to pick up the rest of the order that we didn't receive and the manager did do a lot to try to make the situation better. That was positive, and worth an increase in the review.

I had 3 orders and they through it all in one big bag. I asked if it was all there. They said yes. But no my order was not completely there. Did not get my Mexican pizza. And I live 15 mins away. I have worked fast food for years. Never hurts to triple check your work.
