I come to this location fairly regularly the past few months, like a few times a week I have gotten addicted to Bahama mamas!! Add banana a yogurt. Yummm. Have always had great service this last time my smoothie came out tasting like ice and strawberries. I gave them a call, nice woman on the phone told me to come back up and they would fix it for me . Junior replaced it when I came in and it was the honestly the best smoothie I’ve had! I’ve got to see him almost every time I you can tell that he cares about his job and is very pleasant every time

I wish this tropical smoothie was at least half decent. The food and smoothie are always great but the service is so horrendous it keeps me from going there as much as I would like to. Mobile orders are not put in the pick up order spot. Instead they sit in the back. I have to stand there and wait in the store until I get so impatient after waiting 15-20 minutes past when my order was supposed to be done. I ask where my order is and someone goes to back and gets it where it has been sitting the entire time. If they are going to keep orders in the back, then they need to be greeting everyone who walks in and asking if they have a mobile order, not just letting people walk in and stand there. I wish the place was run by an actual adult with common sense rather than a bunch of teenagers.

Other than really dirty shared bathrooms, this was a great choice for a quick bite. The staff was nice and accommodated an allergy.
