Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I absolutely adore Zaxby's! This particular location has a charming, classic design and incredibly friendly staff. I arrived just before the lunch rush ended, and the service was impressively quick! With a traffic light at the intersection making it easy to navigate, I would definitely give this place a solid five stars!

I visited the Lakeland location at 9104 Highway 64, Lakeland, TN 38002, around 5:01 PM. I didn’t mind the wait, as it was understandable. However, my experience took a turn when I got home and opened my salad container. It was only half-filled, and most of the lettuce was brown. The other ingredients were sparse, and the bacon was overly burnt. Although I don’t eat bacon, I usually save it for my son’s sandwich. I also ordered the kickin’ chicken combo for him, but his sandwich had hardly any chicken on it. I've never had such a disappointing experience at any other location.

I had my first experience at Zaxby's and it did not let me down. Their spicy chicken sandwich stands out in the chicken sandwich wars. The chicken wasn't overly breaded, which was a nice change from other places. The fries were decent, though a little on the soft side. I appreciated the 10% military discount, which made the meal even more enjoyable. I look forward to trying more menu items on my next visit!

My go to meal Wings and things traditional.side of cole slaw..buffalo garlic sauce is really good..Always hot..Always on point. 4 stars since they have been out of buffalo garlic sauce they no longer serve celery and because I had to order a side of fries since they no longer give the same portion in your meal pre pandemic

Some of the rudest people I have ever seen behind that counter in the evening. Good thing I was able to get some of it on camera. Going to post it on Next Door, Reddit and everywhere I can. I advise anyone living in Lakeland to steer far away from this place. I tried to attach the video here of the hateful woman snapping at me, but it wouldn't load. That is okay. Going to share that everywhere.
