Customer service was awful. No smiles total aloof dont care attitudes. Tried hard to bring a smile but was completely impossible. We were the ONLY CUSTOMER NOONE Else. We paid $27.00 with a tip and It was awful. Facebook said they closed at 8 they were put out when we showed up about 6:45. Ordered potatoe salad received Macaroni and Cheese. Baked Beans were out of a can thrown in with some Bbq sauce and a mix of ketchup. If they close my feelings will not be hurt. I never complain but this was awful. Thank God for Bodacious and Carter's Bbq. No wonder we were the ONLY customers. Awful all the way!! Will Never be back and definitely would not reccomend.

The staff here is very friendly. The ribs were incredibly tender and packed with flavor. The sliced brisket was tasty, with really good flavor, but it wasn’t as tender as I prefer. To be fair, it was a very lean cut, and I enjoy some marbling in my brisket. The potato salad was delicious. While it is a bit on the pricey side, they have a sign explaining the increased food costs and their decision to raise prices slightly in order to continue offering quality meat. After my meal, I believe they are living up to their promise. I will definitely return.

I didn't feel that my dining experience was worth the money. The sandwich I ordered was cold, and I won't be returning.

I absolutely love the beef and pork at Adam's Rib. It's not overly smoky or charred, which is something I personally don’t enjoy. The meat is perfectly seasoned and incredibly tender. I tried the tomato salad, which was decent, but it didn't have much dressing—just a light drizzle—so I ended up adding some flavored vinegar and salt to enhance the flavor. The potato salad wasn’t quite to my taste, but it was still flavorful. However, the banana pudding was fantastic!

I ordered a rib plate for $27, and the ribs were extremely dry and overly crunchy. The pinto beans had no flavor and felt like they came straight from a can. The coleslaw was terrible. I'm usually not one to write reviews, but given the price, the food was disappointing. I tried to eat it to avoid wasting money, but I couldn't even finish it.
