Írjon visszajelzéstMy husband and I stayed at Bellevue on the Lakes over the Queen's Birthday long weekend with our 5 children. We stayed in the 3-bedroom waterview apartment and it was fantastic! Checking in was easy and the apartment looked just like the photos. We loved the layout of the apartment and everyone was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and the kids enjoyed the pool every day. We highly recommend Bellevue on the Lakes to anyone and hope to visit again soon!
The room was gorgeous and cozy. It was a bit difficult carrying our luggage up and down the steep stairs to our king spa suite. The staff seemed to be either unavailable at the front desk or very busy, so we had to figure out a lot of things on our own, such as the wifi and finding alternate routes to our room. Despite these challenges, we would definitely consider staying here again.
Stayed at the resort and decided to dine here. We didn't dine here again and most of the people that we saw at the same time didn't go back either (should say something). The restaurant itself is quite nice décor wise. My wife had the dory and prawn dish and enjoyed it. I had the steak and asked for medium well done. There was no medium about it and it was well done like boot leather. The toughest steak I have had in ages. Now this place rates as the second worst restaurant in the area. With a little more care (management) it could be so so much better. The poor young waitress on her fifth shift had obviously received no training. She had limited knowledge of the menu. Handled all the glasses by the top of the glass. Walked back to the kitchen past our empty dishes a dozen times with nothing in her hands. Didn't know how to handle guests who wanted a table that needed setting. This is none of this poor girls fault she did the best she could. It was a severe lack of training. The poor chap sitting next to us received his entrée and mains at the same time and then when he wanted a coffee the coffee machine wasn't working??? This place has first bite of the cherry with all the guests, the challenge would be to see if you can get them to eat there every night. We didn't and don't regret it.
Ordered garlic bread and came out without garlic. Ordered a 5 course seafood banquet for two and 45 min later still hadn't received the first course so we walked out with no questions asked from the staff. Terrible service go elsewhere for your food.
Good atmosphere, service good, food was good size and reasonable quality (my chicken was a bit "tough" but very tastey). Fish was good. Limited selection of wine but the Tambo Cab Sav was very nice if you like a red. Reasonable price
