Arby's - Lakeside

Went to this unit because I had a problem with another one. Everything is so expensive that poor service and wrong product is frustrating. I had let them know of the other issue and was sent a free meal coupon. I appreciate that. It was for any sandwich,fry and drink. Asked for a peach lemonade and was told no. Really? I also bought other items and one of the sandwiches was madewrong. EDIT: Was almost immediately contacted by the store manager. He made no excuses, listened to what i had to say,apologized and fixed the issue. Corporate reads these reviews too and replies. Outstanding!! Mistakes are made, but how they arehandled is the issue.

There is something about going to any Arby's that triggers memories for me. Whenever I did well in school or sports, my mom would take me for a chicken and curly snack box (2 chicken strips and a side of curly fries) and a Jamocha shake, it was almostlike a value menu thing. But those are long gone. Getting those curly fries always brings back those memories. After all theseyears I feel the food is still pretty good even tho those big deals from back in the day have all but disappeared!!!

This Arby's doesn't have a single white black or Asian worker. All Mexican discrimination at its finest

Tried the burger. They were ok but crazy they want more money for them then bk or jack n the box. Asked for no onions on one burger but made both without onions cause someone asked for my order and didn't listen to the reply since they handed it to someone else. Pet peeve of mine. It's one thing to to be asked to wait which is perfectly fine but if you are going to ask me to give the order at least listen to the answer. Long wait as well but made it better with extra fries so service overall is ok. Will update if I come again

French fries were hot. That’s my one positive comment. The sandwich was tasteless and room temperature. The cost was exorbitant! Over $24 for two beef and cheddar sandwiches and two fries. The service and atmosphere were dismal.
