Baskin-robbins - Lakeville

I ordered a layered cookie dough sundae, but what I received was just a small cup of ice cream, hot fudge, and cookie dough for $10. I felt cheated. The taste was terrible as well.

I have always received excellent service at the donut side of the store. However, the ice cream service tends to be quite slow, even with several staff members available. They often seem to be busy at the window, so I go inside for service. It seems that the staff members are assigned specific roles and tend to wait until they are needed instead of helping out in other areas when they have downtime. On the positive side, the products are great, especially the cakes.

My coffee tasted horrible and I ended up getting an upset stomach from it. I would much rather go to the Starbucks across the street. Much better service and drinks there.

The employee helping us was friendly and patient with our indecisive kiddo.The ice cream was delicious and eating on the patio was a great treat.

I took my wife and daughter and my daughter and I had affogatos. That's where you take a scoop of ice cream and pour espresso over it. The bitterness of the espresso nicely complements the sweetness of the ice cream. I ate the pralines and cream flavor.
