Chili's - Lakewood

The prices have increased, and they've eliminated some of the happy hour items that were the main reason I visited. I’m just one family, but we always tended to order the same items. Now that those items are more expensive and portioned smaller, along with the removal of some options, it's hard to justify coming here given the cost.

We had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious, and the cocktails were equally impressive. Our waitress was exceptional; she frequently checked in on us. It was my first visit to this restaurant, and we will definitely return.

During our last three visits to this location, my husband and I have experienced issues with my order each time. On my first visit, I requested my burger without tomato due to a food allergy, but it arrived with tomato anyway. For my second visit, I ordered steak fajitas with just flour tortillas and cheese, again because of an allergy, but had to send them back for a redo. On my third visit, I ordered a well-done burger with steak fries, but it came out with seasoned fries instead. When I asked the waitress about the missing steak fries, she informed me they had run out, but she didn’t think to let me know in advance so I could modify my order. It’s clear to us that the staff lacks competence and that management doesn't effectively handle supply orders—especially since they ran out of steak fries on a Tuesday night. We will not be returning to this location.

This place extremely lacks customer service, the waiter skipped right past my table to take an order from another table that arrived after me. The we sat for 20 minutes before even being acknowledged, the food didn’t come for another almost 30 minutes, we were there for an entire hour before our food came, my moms burger was cold . The food is good tho. Wouldn’t come back into the bar area again

It wasn't busy but they took forever to do anything. They also wasn't very nice. The hostess was kind of rude when I asked her simple questions about where to sit. After her finally sitting us down the waiter took ten minutes to say he will be back then didn't come back. No waters, didn't take our orders, didn't even greet us. So we left after waiting around for about 20 minutes. This happened 5 days ago, today is 01-03-2023
