I always feel welcomed at this place. The staff is attentive and eager to please. My go-to order is the large Reese's Blizzard with chocolate ice cream and peanut butter sauce.

I ordered a personalized ice cream cake for my 30th birthday and requested that they get creative with the decorations. Let me just say, this was hands down the best cake I've ever gotten! The pictures don't do it justice, as it was truly stunning. I adored the little personal details, and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend them, as the decorator is incredibly talented with piping.

Initially, I was considering giving a one-star rating for my customer service experience. I have always been a fan of DQ and the Oreo blizzard has been my favorite for years. This time, I decided to try the Dirt Pie blizzard with gummy worms and surprisingly loved it, despite not being a fan of gummy candy. I usually ask for the gummies on the side to give to my children, which has never been an issue before. However, last night, a lady working there argued with me when I requested to have the gummies on the side. She was very rude and argumentative, which caught me off guard. Luckily, a young man at the front stepped in and assured me that he would make my blizzard without gummies. He even jokingly told me to give them a good review. Well, only for you, sir. Thank you for the exceptional customer service and going above and beyond. I didn't think my request was unreasonable, but I will give a 5-star rating solely for your service.
