Passage To India - Lambeth

The food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing every time I visit. Despite the fact that I tend to spend a lot of money because I love so many of their dishes, it is always worth it! :D

Box meal: Lamb vindaloo naan bread Ok so I'm very fussy about vindaloo since moving back to London I haven't had the greatest experience as I felt a depth of flavour has been missing from various places I have tried. I have only enjoyed a few places I was semi reluctant to try but I entered tonight to buy a vindaloo box meal with naan which is a go to addiction for me and I was not disappointed I got home prayed over my meal and hoped for a good result and the vindaloo is lovely the lamb is tasty good flavour the spice is hot to my liking and gave me a release endorphins to the brain which i want. underlying flavours are satisfying to my palette I will definitely use again. For the price you cannot go wrong with this I am very happy as it's just round the corner to me. I am so happy about this thank you so much I will purchase again

Had the Chicken biryani must say it was absolutely horrible it tatse like uncle Ben's rice from corner shop mixed up with chicken they definitely need a proper Indian or Bangladeshi Chef I'd rather go the extra few miles and go to another one which is a lot further away they use lots of different authentic spices and amazing flavours Zero stars!!

The chicken was cut so small it was like shredded. Not even a Chicken breast used for both dishes. Food was just pure hot without flavour. I'm very sad as I've been a customer for years. It came a lot earlier than stated.
