Krug Das Restaurant - Lampertheim

On Friday evening we visited the Krug restaurant for the first time. Beautiful ambience on an asparagus farm with additional barn as an event location. The dishes at elevated presi level were very appealing and quality as well as tasteful convincing. Classical dishes can be found here as a remarkably extensive wine map. In the end, there is only a lack of attention to the very friendly service, which I would have expected at the price in this ambience. Unfortunately, the older gentleman, who received the guests as a sign, wore his mouth-nut cover extremely negligent and intends far below the nose. We look forward to the next visit.

Food and quality of drinks very good, at a slightly higher price, but overall the quality of food absolutely appropriate. Outstanding were organisation and friendliness of the operators, rarely experienced so well. Equipment and decoration of the premises animate to stay and feel comfortable.

Very nice ambience, family-run operation. Excellent dishes with asparagus as a focus. Great wines, nice service and super price performance. We always like to come.

We were the first time there and are thrilled! Both the food and the ambience of the restaurant were excellent. Especially the service was great! We were very well advised in our wine selection (we were even brought to sample wines without demand). In addition, our interest in the premises was noticed, so that we were guided a little around after dinner. We certainly weren't there last time, and maybe we're going to organize the one or other celebration there. Thank you for a nice and especially delicious evening!
