As soon as we arrived at the wool we had lunch with a pizza because it was 15:00 and the kitchen was closed. we would have wanted to go back to try other dishes but they did not accept reservations, they advised us to pass. every time we went wildly they told us it was all complete or if there was a free table was already reserved...we didn't seem to be welcome. I've been a waitress for 12 years, and I've never responded to such clients. I'm not going back.

The two stars are all for food (val 5), service was bad. we presented at 20.00 and we were told to return after half an hour and that they did not take the reservations. returned after half an hour we saw a free table and the waiter didn't even consider us and called other people (Germans), fortunately that he got rid of a table immediately after and we stayed alone. we sat down and waited half an hour to order and things changed because my wife made the order in German, so that the dishes arrived before the drinks. and however the € are the same.

Convenient and easily accessible, great food. respect for the rules currently in force. quick and very friendly service.

The two stars are because I sent an email trying to book in advance and I never received answer, I tried to phone the same day and it was always busy, passing in front I stopped in the afternoon to book and the waiter responded annoyed that 'you can not book, come and see if there is place ' I don't question the quality of the local forst where I always ate well, but if this is the treatment to the customers of this hotel I eat
