Av Kabob House - Lancaster

Is it good? I enjoy shrimp and rice. It could use a bit more seasoning, like what you’d find at A1 Kabob or Ver in the San Fernando Valley.

The food is excellent and reasonably priced, though the decor could use a little improvement.

I stopped by for an afternoon snack, but the place didn't seem inviting for food. With temperatures hitting 100 degrees outside and inside, I hoped to grab a cold drink and head back out. Unfortunately, it took me three tries to find a can that wasn't warm from being left out. It was quite off-putting.

Place is a bit down, but food is good with huge portions. Not bad for a restaurant in the Middle East in the AV.

My favorite when I come to town always have to try and make it here at least once. My favorite is the chicken they are so juicy and full of flavor. Such big helpings and the hummus is great.
