Kfc - Lancaster

I'd never go here again. When you have a special request for white me in family bucket, obviously there's a reason someone is asking for that. Rude response was we don't do that. No let me see if I can accommodate you at an extra charge, nothing. Rude and very poor customer service. Side note, went to Popeyes and could order all white meat no problem along with excellent customer service.

I really hate the fact that I have to leave a star in order to make a comment because it's definitely not deserved. This used to be the best place to go to even as a child now for me it's even worse than McDonald's. This world is falling apart at the least you could do is give us good food and good service and friendly people

There were no signs indicating inside was closed. Picked up food through drive through. When I got home with the food it was luke warn to cold. The place is a major black eye for KFC. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Never got to eat. 4 ppl in the kitchen an waited over 20 min to order. I had to leave. We asked for help, other lady said they would just have to wait. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Service: 1
