Cappelli's Pizza - Lancaster

After a long, hard working day on a Saturday, I stopped by to get some slices. I thought I'd try to make pizza look like it's been sitting against my better judgment all day. I ordered the disc (I wanted two). I could say on his face that he knew it was sitting there all day, putting the pizza in the back to what I suspect was to warm it up. I cost a better frozen pizza. I don't like to leave bad Google reviews, but questionable for the pizza company when you read this, do your customers a service and don't serve them papp pizza.

We tried Pizza Guys by Slice order and got a cheese and pepperoni pizza, filled bowls, medium wings and garlic knots. Everything was delicious. The filled bowls were from this world. So much cheese I loved upstairs. My fist loved the middle wings that were also crispy and saucy. Besides the pizza, the garlic knots were great. The pizza does not have the typical cup pepperoni, but it is a good change of pace with a thinner crust. We're coming back! The order on the disk was also great. Lower prices than tordash and other food delivery apps usually have. Great value.

I don?t normally post reviews, but this pizza really left an impression on me?a bad one. This was honestly one of the worst pizzas that I?ve ever had. Cheap, crackery crust. It really feels like a cheap frozen pizza. I?d rather save my money and get a Little Caesars hot and ready. Save your money and go to one of Buffalo?s many great pizza places.

If you're craving NY style or Buffalo style pizza, this isn't the place for you. However, if you're on a budget and just want some decent pizza, then this spot might be worth a try. The boneless wings were overly greasy. With better pizza options nearby, it's a mystery how this place stays open. Save yourself the disappointment and skip this place, no matter how tempting their prices may be.

I am not sure why there are so many glowing reviews, if I'm being truly honest. The first time I ordered from Pizza Guys I thought the crust seemed like a mid range quality pre made crust from the grocery store. It may be that their overall type of pizza is just not my cup of tea it's not really WNY style, so it's likely not a fair comparison. Their wings were pretty decent although they were small. Their steak sub was apparently pretty good but I threw away the turkey sub it was not palatable. I wish I could say that this was only a bad night, but I accidentally ordered a second time and was not impressed. Your mileage may vary.
