Ruby Tuesday - Lancaster

Claire was our waitress, she was very pleasant, attentive, respectful and above all she got our food order right and out to us just the way we asked. The young man who worked the salad bar got us some Ceasar salad dresses from the kitchen when we asked and had a great setting while I did, very appreciated. Pleasant dinning experience for my wife and I, kudos to host, the manager, our waitress and the kitchen staff, keep the good work and God bless you all.

The burger was cooked perfectly, juicy and big. Chicken was also very good! Fries were cooked perfectly along with the fried zucchini. Been a while since I had well seasoned food. So many restaurants cut back due to diet trends. Bottom line this food was soo tasty! Can't wait to go back

We had an amazing experience at Ruby Tuesday! Our server, Nicole L (1517), was exceptional—truly a wonderful person and the perfect waitress. If you request her, you're guaranteed to have a fantastic dining experience. Our food arrived hot, fresh, and quickly, and our drinks were always topped up. The restaurant was clean, and the staff members were friendly. The manager frequently checked in to ensure that everything was running smoothly. No one was idle; everyone was hard at work. We enjoyed great customer service and high-quality food! Absolutely a top-notch experience!

A standard Ruby Tuesday experience. The salad bar was quite good, and the service was also commendable. The food met expectations as well. However, the restaurant itself felt a bit chilly. I don’t have any major complaints. For those who aren’t aware, the menu features typical American casual dining options like ribs, steak, shrimp, and chicken, all presented in various forms. The selection is average, but what sets them apart from similar establishments is their self-serve salad bar. Once you get your salad, you can return as many times as you like during your visit.

Ruby Tuesday offers a delicious burger and a fantastic atmosphere for enjoying lunch with a friend. We were seated quickly and received timely service. Our order was accurate, and the staff checked on us multiple times. The only downside was that I didn’t get a chance to visit the salad bar that I noticed from our table.
