I called the restaurant and spoke to two people who, quite conveniently, suddenly claimed they could no longer speak English. They told me that their policy is to add a 20% gratuity and that I should expect the refund in 5 or 6 business days. Really? This place takes advantage of those who might not double-check their bills, especially during these tough economic times. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of consideration when they should be grateful that customers are still choosing to dine with them. I won’t be returning, as this felt like more than just an oversight. Plus, this establishment claims to be under new management from Thai Gardens—yeah, right!
