Wendy's - Lancaster

I keep here in Lancaster, Ohio, often at our location in Wendy's Main Street because I have always consistently received good quality and fast service because we first use Fast Food restaurants!

I just went through the drive-thru at Wendy's and had an amazing experience thanks to a new employee named Allison. The $5 JBC meal deal is fantastic—it includes a juicy, fresh sandwich, chicken nuggets, and baked sweet tea! I also grabbed a side of fries and received a $5 gift card along with a $1 voucher for Jr. Frosties for five trick-or-treaters. It was a great meal!

I’d like to thank the manager who worked the closing shift on the evening of May 24, 2022. I encountered an issue with my DoorDash delivery through the Wendy's app, and she went above and beyond to resolve the situation. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days, especially considering that the service industry has to accommodate an increasing number of customers with challenging demands.

The food here is consistently great and served at the perfect temperature, which is a significant advantage compared to the lukewarm fries you get at McDonald's. However, I usually give this place three stars because of the pricing. Please don't misunderstand me—I'm willing to pay extra for a quality product, and Wendy's is a good example of where that can happen.
