Castaways - Lancaster

My man and I were the first customers of the evening. we sat on a table and ordered drinks. When our waitress came back to take over our food order, we asked if the blowing music could be switched off. She checked with the owner who said they couldn't. we asked if they could turn it off and I said no again. we moved to another table. we are a retired couple who expected a nice evening. the toilets are dirty. foodstraight from the freezer to the frit. will not be back.

Love the hired. Eating is always fantastic and this is never long when there is even one.

We had two waitresses. one was very nice, the other who took our order was very short with us and rude. Yes, they were busy, but no reason to be rude. my man and I ordered steaks. neither was boiled right and had no taste, he ordered a side of mushrooms, they were literally a can of cut mushrooms in a cup dumped. ew. we have spent 75 dollars and both have starving. very disappointed to say the least.

Great food and service! we ordered the steak for 3 my quality it was a haufen steak and tasty too! our first time there and we all said we would definitely come back.

They are very attentive and the food was great and fast
