Starbucks - Land o Lakes

The customer service at this location was outstanding. After returning from vacation feeling exhausted, we needed something special to lift our spirits. Starbucks is always a must-visit when we travel, and this one was conveniently close. Although we were concerned about arriving at the last minute, every employee went above and beyond to welcome us. Kevin, in particular, was exceptional—he attended to our needs, suggested great menu options, and provided detailed descriptions of the dishes. I love visiting Starbucks for the rich aroma of coffee, and this team truly impressed me during our visit on June 6th, which happened to be graduation day. Kudos to all of you for creating the perfect ending to our wonderful holiday at Belleair Beach. Thank you!

Customer service was excellent. I have a late start back from vacation. We were exhausted and needed something special to make it home. Starbucks is always a place where we try to go when they travel. It was close and we were worried about going in the last minute. All employees have done an excellent job to welcome us and Kevin was phenomenal. He took care of us, suggested menu options and gave us details on the dishes. I love going to Starbucks and enjoying the smell of coffee. This team on the 6th. June last Sunday at graduation worked, kudos to you. Thank you for having the perfect end of a wonderful holiday we had at Belleair Beach.

I always go out of my way to visit this special restaurant! The staff is incredibly friendly and consistently gets my order just right, even with my modifications! I truly appreciate the team here and the quality of the drinks! There's no better place to be! A big thanks to all the hardworking employees!

I have to say this Starbucks is outstanding as a whole!! In fact we walked in this morning and made our normal order and stood to the side and watched! With a lobby full of people and a drive Thur line wrapped around they were knocking it out….. we couldn’t help to notice how well Nicole handled the pressure she was under! She politely greeted everyone walking In made sure everyone in the lobby knew when she was making there drink and took the time to thank each customer individually for there short wait all while busting out drinks back to back!!! I myself work in the food industry and have to say she was killing it!! Kuddos to you Nicole and great job to the entire team.
