The Rise - Lander

Well, where should I start? The Forge happens to be THE sports-bar this town has to offer at this time. Multiple big screens where you can watch whatever sport there is for you to watch and the joy of being surrounded by loud, obnoxious( (in a good way) and jolly sports fans. It has multiple pool tables, fussball and dart boards. Their kitchen is open till 10pm serving great burgers, ribs, wings and other fried food....the burger I most of the time order is called the hammered and is outstanding since all of their burger comes from local grassfed beef. The places lay-out is quite interesting since the 1st floor entails a non-smoking bar and seating area and 2nd floor is a smoking area with several pool tables and even an enclosed tattoo parlor with locals best tattoo artist using that space. The Forge is an average Joe bar/restaurant where you find complete families with grandpa/ma kids throughout the day, but you 'll also see the teachers, mountain climbers and CEO 's. Look out for bar/restaurant specials since they happen to be almost daily. Great staff that also know about local activities if you 're in town for a visit.

Wow... she tossed a menu on the bar and made me come get it. Sign said order with bartender (who seemed more interested in her boyfriend than customers place wss almost empty). We got up and sat at bar... asked what beers they had and she said we could get up and walk to other end of bar to see taps for ourselves. Can 't comment on food... never ordered we walked out... a local gal walking by told us to try the Lander Bar. Excellent sand friendly service and outstandy menu choices. Nice beer selection too. Tell Vince the bar tender hello... he is likewise outstanding!

Was greeted by the bartender with a smile who made us non-locals feel so much at ease. She was super friendly and welcoming. We would totally recommend for drinks fun. Prices are reasonable and food looks tasty. Very clean.

Best food in town. Best bar in town. Best service in town. Tough to beat in Lander. Better than restaurants that are three times the price. You've gotta try the wings, they could be spicier for my taste but still hotter than anything on the menu of the Mexican food place! Tried every place in town, ended up coming back to The Forge for the remainder of the time. Keep it up y'all!

This is not only a great bar, but a great restaurant as well! They offer a great tap selection with some exceptional local brews. Bartenders are always happy and seem to truly appreciate your business. They always have sports on their numerous tv's and the 8' Big Screen makes sports enjoyable. I highly recommend The Forge!!
