Boston Market - Lansdale

The staff here is really well trained in customer service and for fast food the quality is really great. If you dive, you will get real metal cutlery and dish that is a really nice touch. They also come clean after dinner. So it is a really great fast/casual culinary experience.

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is always delicious, served fresh and with a smile. What keeps me coming back is the incredible staff. They are so kind and friendly, always making me feel welcome with their warm greetings and cheerful demeanor. It’s truly special that they remember my order as soon as I walk through the door. This personal touch makes the experience exceptional. The staff is truly wonderful, and I leave feeling happy and impressed every time. The Prime Rib here is absolutely delicious. Many restaurants struggle to get it just right, but Boston Market has nailed it!

I had Thanksgiving dinner at this restaurant, and I was really impressed. The staff worked hard to serve customers on a holiday, handling orders all night long. They definitely deserve five stars for their friendliness, even when things got hectic, and for being as efficient as possible during a public health crisis. The food was delicious, especially the turkey. We will definitely be returning, and I hope they offer holiday meals for Christmas as well!
