Best Quality Pizza Lansdowne

Called Best Quality to place an order. A young guy answered the phone and he must be new. I have been ordering for years and I have never received terrible phone service. I typically go back and forth between Best Quality and Colonial Pizza. Well tonight, the order was placed with Colonial. The young guy was so nasty. I asked him a question about the Turkey meat because I wasn?t sure which pizza place had the real Turkey meat. He had no idea and actually got an attitudeand placed me on hold. After holding for a few minutes, I hung up and called back. He didn?t say, ?Best Quality pick up or delivery,? instead he said,? was I just talking to you and you hung up!? Who answers the phone like that accept forsomeone who cares nothing about the owner?s business. He made another smart comment and I told him I will order down the street.

Food is good. My hubby and kids love the pizza, and we all love their cheesesteaks. Prices are decent, pretty average for a pizza place, this day and age, that is.

Best quality food is ok but if you?re planning to apply to this job ? Don?t even bother applying at this place. They will use you for free service and not pay you. They made me take orders, answer the phone and filled sauces in there fridge for the 2 day training. The manager is completely unprofessional and they don?t even pay you for training. Don?t apply at this job !!!! Behind the counter is really not clean either. I?ve also witness roaches mice near the food underthe cash register. The milkshake spoon isn?t washed at all too. So definitely don?t order those from there. I even offered to clean for them because that?s ridiculous. 9/10 they don?t really want new workers they just want people to workfor them for 2 days each while they keep the original people because I haven?t seen new faces since.
