Arby's - Lansing

This morning after arby. Your ad says you open at 10 o'clock, stop at 10:20 o'clock and the load was closed. please update their correct opening times.

Whoever works on the phone has just told me rudely that they were not open and were hanging on me when I shouted back when normal answered when I then asked again, started to speak Spanish and hang up again. then my friend called and asked when they were open and were hung up rude again. I never want to go back. I'm not sorry if you're open again that you're an inconvenient.

Eat tastes in the usually good, but is unobtrusive and slew together without care. last few times the workers fought and rude don't care about customers.

This situation is in the rule busy, but waiting worth eating my food is never wrong and the service is the best. the workers are polite and make sure to repeat my order, give them a reception, sauces in the bag etc. thank you.

They have really been not too good the last few times I ate here. The chicken nuggets were fried too hard and the fries just don't taste the same. Maybe it's not all of the Arby's but this location the food is just not worth the 25 minute wait. Be prepared to sit a while if going to this location as well. But I can say they have pretty good customer service and manners.
