Little Caesars Pizza - Lansing

I just wait 10 minutes for a hot n ready. as crew members shoot rap music and hang in the back sitting on palettes. I see the lights are in the kitchen. just a few high school kids without work ethics that leads this place sad. also the lobby is disgusting. terrible customer service. no one wears gloves while making the pizza.

Absolutely awful service!!!!!I placed my order ahead of time and arrived before the order was ready. But the lobby was closed so I had to wait in a ridiculously long (30 minutes!! drive thru line. My pizza was shown as ready just a few minutes into that wait, so my pizza I ordered ahead was about 30 minutes old.I asked to have it replaced with a new pizza because I didn’t order ahead just to have it sit and grow old. The manager denied my request, saying “either take the pizza or get a refund”. What awful, awful, AWFUL service. I wouldn’t dream of waiting half and hour for bad pizza already, but then to have the manager do that??? Absolutely deplorable.For reference, the pizza was not only not warm it was COLD! They didn’t even keep it in a warmer! We had to reheat it in our own oven back home before we could eat it, and it certainly tasted its old age by then!

I had a order (4/22)and it was wrong i called and told them and my order was written down in the book to get a replacement order(i spoke with a male). I called a few weeks ago to confirm and my order was in the book, i called today and the lady was rude she was yelling at me stating your name is not in the book you dont know what you ordered. I stated I ordered the pizza above the classic with extra pepp she say well its not here and you still dont know what you ordered i stated I do just CANT recall the name the lady continue to yell at me and hung up. She is so rude to the point i wanted to go up there and call corporate, she doesnt deserve to be a manger. She suppose to be the face of the company and make this place look horrible, I will never in my life order from here again nor would I recommend someone too

I arrived at 12:05 AM for a doordash pick up and the worker just looked at me through the window and yelled "closed! "and I held up my phone to see if doordash was an exception and he just yelled closed at me again very rude . This is Wednesday July 13th at midnight. Very very rude

Owner very clearly doesn't know how to run the business. Employees are putting in excellent work but because they are so understaffed and have to implement policies such as a shared drive thru queue for people who have and have not ordered ahead meaning everyone has to wait. Employees are 10/10, owner is a leech. Workers should unionize for better conditions.
