Mcdonald's - Lansing

This situation is uniquely clean from most mcdonald’s the help is very good over the situation and it seems as if the manager takes care of this situation more than I mean, let them be honest, it is mcdonald’s we were all there someone stands for cleanliness and good curtis service with clean baths and good eating happy baby foods: so

The staff members are unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. They become upset if a customer asks a question. The location of the restaurant is not desirable. I will be steering clear of this place in the future.

Service is so horrible!! Had to hand them back the meal 3 times as well as drink and they just couldn't get it right.

Did curbside pickup. Waited less than 5 minutes and everything in the order was correct.

There is a lot of mess ups on your orders so make sure to check your bag/bags folks. That being said the food is still good ole mcdonalds food and the manager i seen was absolutely awesome and willing to correct and even add to the original order to make up for their mistakes.
