Starbucks - Lansing

I can’t rave about this place enough. Shay the Barista is INCREDIBLE, she needs a raise. I’ve always felt so welcomed with her kindness. She always goes above and BEYOND. I will always go out of my way to go to this specific location because of the service she provides.

It was the busiest Starbucks I've ever been to, the staff was friendly and helpful and running like a fine timed machine! Absolutely

Hit or miss. Sometimes the drinks are good, other times they are watered down or bitter.

It’s been many many years since I’ve visited a Starbucks… maybe since 2011 and I can tell you that things have changed quite a lot since then. BUT! With me being out of touch the staff was able to guide me into starting up the app and getting me on my way with my Strawberry Mocha Frappuccino! Thank you so much for helping me and guiding me into the present day! I’ll keep coming here for the friendliness and help staff! Highly recommend this location! Thank you!

Their back parking lot is a bit small and cramped if they’re busy but I order online and it’s ready when I get there and my drink is perfect!
