Pizza Hut - Lapel

Order online, was told 15-20 minutes for prep. 18 minutes after job placement. large pizza and brotsticks were hot, tasty and ready to go. pizza hat beats pizza king on quality and price!

Terrible service, we went in for carry out after 20 minutes when they said it would only take 15 and they told us it would still be a few minutes, 15 minutes later our wings were done but they couldn't find our pizza, it turns out they stuck our pizza on a random shelf with some towels, then we finally get home and the wings are completely raw inside

The cheese pizza was great, but the pepperoni pizza was burnt. There was no delivery option available.

My experience with the restaurant was disappointing. The service was slow and disorganized, and I had to wait over half an hour just for them to hold my order for another half hour. Overall, it didn't leave a very good first impression.

Benjamin seemed unsure of what he was doing and appeared quite confused. He had to call for assistance and spent about 10 minutes on the phone trying to get help with my pizza order while another customer was tended to first.
