This place is a little Jem the staff was great and so was the food. You won prices and after eating there food I know why. Yummy
Love the food and service. Six years ago, I went through this place. Still the best
Chas ordered the Crawfish Monica Pasta, and I opted for the Hamburger Steak Po' Boy. This sandwich was unlike any other Po' Boy I've ever had. The burger was packed with flavor, having a strong onion taste (which I love), and it was shaped more like a meatloaf than a traditional burger patty. The bread was perfectly soft and fresh, making it a great vessel for the delicious hot gravy that came with it, along with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and grilled onions. The combination of hot and cold ingredients worked beautifully, and let me tell you, if you're worried about a messy meal, don’t order this sandwich—it was a bit of a mess, but it was fantastic! I also tried the Crawfish Monica, which was very good; it had a creamy sauce, similar to béchamel, packed with plenty of crustaceans. The flavor was excellent, and the portion size was generous. Oh, and I should mention they make their own root beer and even have a diet version. Being someone who tries to watch their calorie intake, I went for the diet option, and it was surprisingly good. We will definitely be coming back! Frostop Drive-In did not disappoint!
I had been wanting to check out this restaurant for a while, and I recently had the opportunity to do so. I was not disappointed! The onion rings are outstanding, and you get a generous portion. The burger was superior to many I've tried before. Their root beer is a specialty, and it was excellent as well. The service was well-organized; they announce your order on loudspeakers when it's ready. Overall, it was a delightful, satisfying, and delicious experience.
