Burger King - Laredo

I asked for a double cheeseburger combo with coke. When I got the drink, I immediately took a sip to find it flat. It was replaced, but it was flat again. We drove away, I wanted to eat my burger, it came simple and dry as I asked, but without bacon, pommes were unsalted. We've been going back since I was charged for the bacon. When I moved in, I told the cashier about the mistakes. I didn't even get empathy, I'm sorry. My order was withdrawn and they gave me a new burger. I got the burger, went back to the car, took it off, and then it finally saw bacon, but it wasn't easy and dry. I went back frustrated this time and told the manager that the burger was not simply with cheese and bacon as I originally ordered. Again, I didn't get any excuses. But the manager took it into her own hands to make the burger, as the employees repeatedly ground. I can't believe it took all this to get my burger, as I wanted, I was upset because my friend and I, together with their daughter, should eat in the car at the same time. My husband finished his food first before I could come to me, so I asked if I could at least keep the wrong burger so I could give it to my friend and we could eat together. At least they did this for us so I wasn't too disappointed.

That's not the problem. The problem was that food disgusted that it was hard, everything was bigger than Patty. It's like they have an old patty and just put them together. Very disappointing to say the least wanted just a good fast meal after work, never do that again at least in this place.

The service is terrible on the drive because they have two cars that came after me, and the manager did nothing about it.

Can't go wrong with the Hepper, in my opinion, best burger to come from Burger King, wish they returned the Ch'King, although that was also great!
