Kettle Pancake House - Laredo

The restaurant really needs a serious update it's old old booths it smells and the waitress that served me did not do a good job she forgot the syrup for my pancakes I called her up she didn't pay attention that's really sad

17 dollars for this?? I had to wait about 5 mins to make a drink order... Then another 10 minutes to place my order. 20 minutes for the food to come out and to never have my server come back to check on me. I had to wave her over to get a refill. The worst part of it all was she cashed me out and then gave me this ugly scowl because I didn't leave a tip. The hell am I gonna leave a tip for. You brought me some warm food not hot WARM food after 20 minutes.. Never came back to check if all was ok.. LITERALLY SERVER 101 BASICS.. I had to flag you down for refills... I could have just went to the kitchen made my own warm food and cut you..the middleman...out the picture

The food was good. I had the #64 plate the steak was so good juice and hot.

The servers were all great and the chefs got it down to the last dot, great spot!

The food was delicious, the service was a little slow, but overall we enjoyed being there
