Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Laredo

If I could I would give them zero stars reason I was waiting in line for a good 25 minutes and they never took my order when it was finally my turn they skipped me and took someone else order without letting me know or asking me once the manager took that person order he you turn around w out taking my order or saying anything to me so I just left because I have only one hour lunch and had spent 30 minutes standing

Repeated myself 5 times. #4 5 piece with fries and a dr pepper. Also want a chicken sandwich. All I got was a chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes and then wanted to argue about what I ordered. Worse popeyes ever. The manager heard everything and did not even try to make it right.

Asked for regular gave me spicy. Chicken was cold tasted like soap. On top of that employees were very rude. No one answers the phone. Has always been a bad location will never go back.

Loved this location for lunch...my food was out as I was finishing to pay and freshhh...even burned myself with the fries for not waiting till I sat down haha

Every single time I go to this location they are always out of chicken and expect me to wait 30 minutes for them to make some more. This time I only wanted sides and the lady taking my order was so rude, absolutely horrible customer service.
