Sonic Drive-in - Laredo

This sonics manager says they will not honor all the other sonics by giving pup cup regardless if you offer to pay or not he just now told me they won't do it. Wouldn't even allow me to buy something for them or nothing I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here as per he may not want to help anyone else.

I stopped by today with my children to get ice cream at 11:00pm and guess what, i was told there was no ice cream. That is very wrong cause it was the 2nd time this week. One of the main things SONIC sells and promotes is ICE CREAM, why in the hell wouldn't you have any. That is very upsetting. And by the way, there customer service does suck.

The food is great, the crew members are amazing but the waiting time takes sooooo long. Luckily, I'm a very patient person and never in a rush when it comes to ordering fast-food but it could be a problem for others. When I went to order at least 4 items, it took them 30 minutes to be given to me. Still, the food was fresh and warm.
