Went through the drive through after about 20 min of waiting finally got up to the speaker to order and no one answered to take my order sat there for a good 5 min and still no one so i drove up to the window to ask for what i wanted just some arroz con leche after about another 10 min of waiting in line finally got to the window to sit another 10 with them ignoring me and never opened the window even after trying to get there attention. So rediculous i could make my own arroz con leche and make enough to last me 4 days in the time i waited here to get nothing. Yall are terrible. Waste of time.
Honestly I wanted to not give this review, but I had to after that awful experience. I waited exactly 16 minutes at the drive through for two simple chicken fajita tacos at 3:35am. I ordered at 3:35am and got my food in hand at 3:51am. I was the ONLY vehicle in the drive through. No apology not even any kind words just my food 16 minutes idling in my car watching... waiting. Place was not busy AT ALL. (3am) I could prep and cook two tacos in that time myself. Consider choosing a different establishment for a meal if you’re looking for something friendly and fast. I always used to go here but that was a brutal experience and it hasn’t been my first time dealing with it at this specific McPherson location.
I haven't heard it since 2004 and eaten it ever since. There's one in Houston, but it's not like this one in Laredo. I told my wife here. She has to take her down so she can experience it. Great food.
I left at 12:30 on a Saturday night and it was crazy in there. As the only place open 24 hours and a nightclub over the street, it brings a few people. Nothing to flee over the food, it did the job, but it took almost two hours to get my food. It was very frustrating. I'm from Houston and the Mexican food here is more authentic and tastes much better than what you get across the border in Laredo. Stop doing TexMex BS and make really good Mexican food!!! They're all Mexicans down there, why do TexMex???
