Írjon visszajelzéstDenny's is well-known as the go-to spot for late-night eats after a night out, offering classic breakfast options like the 'Moon's Over My Hammy' and the 'Lumberjack Slam'. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavorful delight that was the 'Santa Fe Sizzlin' Skillet'. It was spicy, delicious, and paired perfectly with a cup of fresh brewed coffee. The dish rivaled those from much pricier establishments I have tried in Florida. Overall, it was an amazing treat! Additionally, the fact that they are open 24 hours ensures that I will be returning again and again. A great experience all around!
The restaurant was very clean and the waitress was extremely friendly, she informed us about the limited menu options due to supply issues. Unfortunately, they were out of steaks. I decided to order the berry breakfast which came with 2 pancakes topped with strawberries (instead of bananas as advertised), hash browns, bacon, and 2 eggs cooked to order. The food was decent, albeit a bit greasy. In general, the restaurant had good food and attentive staff.
The worst food ever. Super undercooked and soggy French toast, gross. AND it had a hair in it. Sausage links were ice cold. We didn't get utensils until we asked and my waiter did not place my order correctly. Been to this Dennys in the past and always had a great experience. This is the first disappointing meal I had there. We're going to Perkins next time.
It was impossible to give any stars for this restaurant. We had a very bad experience. We ordered three dishes, but after waiting for almost an hour, we only received one plate of food. The omelette we ordered was missing some of the accompanying items, and it contained hash browns which we had specifically requested not to have. Some of the vegetables in the omelette were undercooked, making us question if the meat was cooked properly as well. When we asked about the rest of our order, the server could not provide any information. The people around us were also frustrated and wished us luck. It was unclear why the restaurant was still taking orders when they were clearly overwhelmed. We eventually gave up on our order as no more food arrived, and we left the half-cooked omelette behind. I regret not reading reviews before coming here - it seems like we dodged a bullet in terms of potential food poisoning. This experience ruined our last day, as we wasted 1.5 hours and ended up missing breakfast entirely due to incompetence. My recommendation is to go next door and grab a pastry instead. I will never come back again.
I assume I am writing a review about Denny 's located a 940 Missouri Ave. Largo, FL. Me, my girlfriend and a friend went there on this date, 9/5/22. I eat there once in a while. I must admit I like their food. Today wasn 't any different. Our waitress was Michelle. I wasn 't acquainted with her. She had a southern accent and hailed to be from TN. She was charming and humorous. In fact, she was a very good server. She screwed me with the bill, however. I had ordered a slam breakfast and asked to substitute the hash browns with grits. Michelle told me it would be no problem. I do this every time with the slam breakfast. Now I usually read the bill before having my girlfriend go to the register and pay. I didn 't read the bill this time. When I left the restaurant and got into my car I read the bill because I thought it was more than it should be. Lo and behold Michelle charged me for a full order of grits in the amount of $3.69. She boosted the bill and I didn 't even get a full order of grits. I even left her a $12 tip for a $41.00 check. That was a 30% tip. Shame on me. I didn 't bother going back inside because my girlfriend didn 't want me to. All I can say is beware of Michelle with the southern accent. She 'll put the charm on you and screw you at the same time. Be sure to check your bill carefully if you should get Michelle as your server.
