I've given this location multiple chances to redeem themselves but each time was worse than the time before. #1 the employee taking my drive thru order was talking to her buddy while she took my order. After 3 attempts she got rude and my order was wrong. #2 I sat in the drive thru lane #1 for 5 minutes waiting for some service. A car pulls up in lane #2 and immediately gets service. I pulled up to the window and he informs that they were out of everything but a few items. Amazingly, they did have what the other car ordered. The last 10 visits I've been to NC, SC and FL locations and have the same issue. I've gone from a daily customer to no customer.

McDonald's fries and big mac never disappoint. Got good service with minimal wait time. They got the order right, and included the sauces, ketchup, napkins, and straws. It's insane how often some of these are missed.

Went on my lunch break to get a deluxe QP. The tomatoes are the size of their pickles! My order was right this time which was surprising. I?m usually missing something or have someone else?s food handed to me. This is just ridiculous.

I placed an order for two meals in the middle of the night when the restaurant was not busy, but they couldn't even provide me with my two meals, nine sauces, and six nuggets. When I called to complain, their only response was to wish me a nice night. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! The incident happened on November 17, 2020, at 1:30 AM. Someone should really be held accountable for this, and I’m still left wondering how they operate at that hour. They didn't even offer to refund or replace my order. It’s honestly laughable.
