The Sports Shack Grill - Largo

I have been going to this place for awhile now and enjoy the food, music and atmosphere. Never had an issue with the staff or with the bill. Tonight, 9/24/22, I went there as usual with my boyfriend and had bad service. Sherri K was our server. Shehanded us our menus and asked what we wanted to drink. She came with our drinks in a timely fashion and walked away. It tookawhile before she came back to take our orders. During the evening we asked for two more drinks for each of us. So it was atotal of 3 drinks for each of us. After we were done, we asked for the bill. When we got it, we noticed there was a charge of$4.50 for one more drink that we did not ask for. The server told us that she did not charge the correct amount for my drinks(Blue Hawaiian) so she brings me another drink to cover it. Instead of removing the charge (it was her error after all), I hadto drink that forth drink that I did not ask for and did not want. That was not right on Luke's part. I am considering not goingthere again. I was upset that they did that to me as a regular customer.

I had an amazing experience with the House Stromboli—it was incredibly tasty and fresh! Tonight was karaoke night, and the atmosphere was very friendly. I definitely plan to come back. I would have given it a perfect 5, but the soda and my tea weren’t sweet at all, and my wings were just okay. Based on the reviews, I expected them to be better, but they were average. Overall, I had a fantastic time. That Stromboli truly is the BEST IN TOWN!

The wings were well-sized and delicious, tossed in a mango habanero sauce and given a perfect finish on the grill, complete with appealing grill marks. While they're not inexpensive, they make for a delightful indulgence.

The fried mushrooms are cooked perfectly to the point the outside is hard and crispy but the inside is a delightful squish. The sauce seems light a mustard base that compliments the mushrooms perfectly. The sauce doesn?t over power them at all and makes anexcellent appetizer paired with the south beach strawberry orange mimosa sparkling ale. For my main course I had the taco flatbread which was bursting with flavor! We went for the football game and the atmosphere was wonderful. Not what was expected fromthis little hole in the wall!

June 2022: I visited this restaurant to try their wings. Initially, the interior had a strange odor, but I was determined to give it a shot, and I’m glad I did. I ordered the Hot Honey wings and the dry Jamaican jerk wings, accompanied by a side of fire sauce. They were some of the best wings I've had in a long time! I recommend trying the wings that are finished on the grill. I highly recommend this place!
